The Chablis 2021 from Domaine Isabelle and Denis Pommier is a round, gourmet, fleshy and rich wine, with expressive aromas of Chardonnay. It was made from 25-year-old vines located in the communes of Chablis and Ligny-le-Châtel. It then underwent two fermentations, alcoholic, using indigenous yeasts and malolactic, before being aged for 12 months in vats. A true Burgundy classic vinified with a master hand by Isabelle and Denis Pommier!
