On the palate, it delivers a rich, velvety texture with flavors of caramel, dried fruit, almond, and a whisper of dark chocolate. The extended aging imparts remarkable depth and roundness, with a long, warming finish that lingers with elegant sweetness and refined complexity.

About this grappa
Nonino Grappa 8 Years Riserva represents the pinnacle of Italian spirit craftsmanship from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a region celebrated for distilling excellence. This sweet grappa is produced by the legendary Nonino family, whose dedication to quality has defined northeastern Italian spirits for generations. Distilled from Glera pomace and aged eight years, it embodies the precision and tradition expected in fine dining and luxury hospitality settings.
Sourced from the Venezia Giulia IGT appellation, this riserva grappa balances sweetness with the complexity that only extended maturation provides. Its refined character makes it an exceptional accompaniment to charcuterie, shellfish, and white fish, equally suited to the finish of a curated tasting menu or the calm of an evening on a private terrace. Nonino's commitment to sustainable viticulture and artisanal distillation ensures every bottle delivers the sophistication expected by discerning collectors and connoisseurs.
