Azure Oro
Azure Oro is a shaken cocktail made with Clase Azul - Gold, served in a coupe glass.

- Thin dehydrated lime wheel positioned horizontally on the foam surface, single gold leaf applied to the rim at the 12 o'clock position
Ingredients
- 60 ml Clase Azul Gold Tequila
- 20 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml agave nectar
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice
- Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add a large handful of ice to the shaker
- Shake for 15 seconds until well-chilled
- Double strain into the prepared glass using a fine mesh strainer
Coupe glass chilled to 2°C. Serve immediately with no ice.
