Ocho Sunrise is a shaken cocktail made with Ocho - Blanco, served in a highball.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Ocho Blanco Tequila
- 20 ml Fresh lime juice
- 15 ml Agave nectar
- 30 ml Grapefruit juice
- 30 ml Soda water
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add Ocho Blanco Tequila, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with grapefruit juice and soda water
