Roku Blossom

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml The House of Suntory Roku Gin
• 20 ml yuzu juice
• 15 ml cherry blossom syrup
• 10 ml dry vermouth
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Roku Gin, yuzu juice, cherry blossom syrup, dry vermouth, and orange bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with an edible cherry blossom

Serve in a delicate coupe glass, garnished with a single edible cherry blossom floating on the surface
