Palma Rosé Serenade

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Palma Rosé Gin
• 30 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
• 15 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
• 10 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Palma Rosé Gin, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and lemon juice
3. Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the surface of the drink

Served with a side of edible flowers for an elegant presentation
