Ingredienti
- 60 ml The House of Suntory Roku Gin
- 20 ml yuzu juice
- 15 ml cherry blossom syrup
- 10 ml dry vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Preparazione
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Roku Gin, yuzu juice, cherry blossom syrup, dry vermouth, and orange bitters
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with an edible cherry blossom
Serve in a delicate coupe glass, garnished with a single edible cherry blossom floating on the surface
