Wine lists that match your menu
Our general manager Peter Bedding (WSET Diploma) and our buying team build and refresh lists to fit your kitchen, your price points and your clientele. Not a template, a list your team can sell and your guests will remember. We'll taste with your chef, structure the by-the-glass offer, and keep the list alive as vintages move.
Train the team that pours
We run accredited WSET wine courses (Levels 1–3) at your venue or our Antibes premises. We train superyacht crews to serve wine at the highest level, the same programme gives restaurant and hotel floor teams the confidence that sells the second bottle.
Beach clubs: volume without the dramas
The Riviera season is our home turf. We hold serious depth in rosé, Champagne and white wine through the summer, last season we supplied 791 bottles of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs alone, so a heaving August weekend never leaves your fridges empty. Standing orders, scheduled deliveries and emergency top-ups are all normal service.

Ja. We verzorgen erkende WSET-wijncursussen (niveaus 1–3) voor horecateams, gegeven op jouw locatie of in ons kantoor in Antibes. We trainen superjachtcrews om wijn op het hoogste niveau te serveren, en hetzelfde programma verhoogt het zelfvertrouwen en de verkoopprestaties van restaurant- en hotelpersoneel.
Helpen jullie met seizoensgebonden volumes voor beach clubs?
Ja, het seizoen aan de Riviera is ons thuisterrein. We houden diepe voorraden rosé, Champagne en witte wijn gedurende de zomer, zodat een druk augustusweekendje je niet droog zet. Standaardorders, geplande leveringen en spoedtop-ups zijn allemaal normaal voor ons.
