Palma Sunset Spritz

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Palma Citrus Gin
• 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
• 15 ml elderflower liqueur
• 90 ml chilled sparkling wine

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Palma Citrus Gin, grapefruit juice, and elderflower liqueur
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice
5. Top with the chilled sparkling wine
