Palma Paradiso

Ingrediënten

• 50 ml Palma Gin
• 20 ml Lillet Blanc
• 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
• 10 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add Palma Gin, Lillet Blanc, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
6. Garnish with a grapefruit twist

Served in a coupe glass with a grapefruit twist garnish
