Harris Highball

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Isle of Harris Gin
• 120 ml premium tonic water
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml simple syrup

Bereiding

1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the Isle of Harris Gin.
3. Top with the premium tonic water.
4. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the drink and drop the spent lime wedge into the glass.
5. Stir gently to combine.

Highball glass, garnished with a fresh lime wedge.
