Ingredienti
- 60 ml Isle of Harris Gin
- 120 ml premium tonic water
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
Preparazione
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Add the Isle of Harris Gin.
- Top with the premium tonic water.
- Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the drink and drop the spent lime wedge into the glass.
- Stir gently to combine.
Highball glass, garnished with a fresh lime wedge.
