Hennessy - XO Tom Dixon Limited - Cognac

Ingrédients

• 60 ml Hennessy XO Tom Dixon Limited Cognac
• 20 ml aged balsamic vinegar
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters

Préparation

1. Add the Hennessy XO Tom Dixon Limited Cognac, aged balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and both bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill the mixing glass with large ice cubes.
3. Stir continuously for 45 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass.
