About this sparkling wine
Les Maillons is a single-vineyard blanc de noirs from Ulysse Collin, made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Champagne. The Extra-Brut dosage keeps the wine dry and focused, letting the fruit and site speak without added sweetness.
Expect a pale gold champagne with red-fruit weight and a saline, mineral edge more typical of grower Champagne than the big houses. Serve chilled with oysters, brie or pork rillettes - anything with enough richness to meet its structure.
