A limited version of this full-bodied yamahai with additional ripening at room temperature. The first product in the Tamagawa range made with pre-modern wild cuvée techniques, without the addition of yeast. A pure and strong taste with the bewitching aroma of rice, the signature of the only foreign master brewer in Japan. Slow brewing, unpasteurized, unfiltered and undiluted. Can be drunk at all temperatures.
