The nose of this vodka is pure and fresh, with a certain sweetness, like a little crunchy vanilla film. The ethereal notes are slightly floral and fruity, evolving into a spicier profile. The palate is round and perfectly neutral, with a few spices that swarm with alcohol on the finish.

About this vodka
Mamont Wheat Vodka is produced in Russia from wheat, the classic base grain prized for giving vodka a soft, rounded character rather than a harsh edge. It's a straightforward, well-made spirit, distilled and filtered to a clean, neutral profile.
Serve it ice-cold, straight from the freezer at 0–4°C, in a small glass alongside caviar, smoked fish or pickled vegetables. It also makes a clean base for classic cocktails when guests want something crisp and well-chilled rather than a heavily flavoured mixed drink.
The Mammoth's Breath
Ingredients
- 60 ml Mamont Wheat Vodka
- 20 ml dry vermouth
- 15 ml crème de cacao blanc
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice
- Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add a large handful of ice to the shaker
- Shake for another 10 seconds until well-chilled
- Fine strain into the prepared glass
Serve
Coupe glass chilled with crushed ice beforehand. Garnish with a thin lemon twist expressed over the drink and placed on the rim, plus a single crystallized honey cube balanced on top of the foam. Present with the drink's silky foam head intact and a small dish of additional honey on the side for optional drizzling.
