Awazake is a beautiful Nigori, a cloudy, rich and truly fruity sake. The nose is soft and pleasant, with notes of ripe fruit, pear, pineapple, banana and grape. Tropical flavours - what could be more normal for a sake made by Japan's southernmost brewer? The texture on the palate is rich and dense, punctuated by lactic notes and marked by a fine acidity. This gives it good overall balance and lightness. The result is a perfectly balanced sake, rich yet lively and fresh.

Nigori Blossom

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Kameman Shuzo Awazake Junmai Nigori
- 30 ml elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Edible flower for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Kameman Shuzo Awazake Junmai Nigori, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with an edible flower and serve.
