Henri Jayer - Vosne-Romanée - Les Brulées

Henri Jayer is among the most revered names in all of Burgundy, a grower-winemaker whose Vosne-Romanée wines have become reference points for what Pinot Noir can achieve on the Côte de Nuits. Les Brûlées is a premier cru climat sitting just below Richebourg, producing wines of serious depth and structural precision.

Expect the hallmarks of great Vosne-Romanée: red and dark fruit with earthy complexity, silky but defined tannins, and a long, mineral finish. At table, serve with roasted duck, venison, or game birds, dishes with enough richness and savour to meet the wine as an equal.
