Key characteristics

About this rum

Foursquare Rum Distillery sits on a working sugar estate in St Philip, Barbados, and is widely regarded as one of the most serious distilleries in the Caribbean. The Exceptional Cask Selection series represents Richard Seale's highest ambition: single blended rums, pot still and column still combined, aged in premium oak and bottled without additives or artificial colouring. Convocation, Mark XXVIII, is the latest chapter in that line.

Expect the Foursquare hallmark: structured, dry, and genuinely complex, with baking spice, dried fruit, and a long, clean finish. Serve neat or with a large ice cube alongside aged cheeses, dark chocolate, or a cigar after dinner.
