Key characteristics
About this liqueur
Edmond Briottet is a long-established Dijon house whose liqueurs are made using traditional maceration methods and are considered a reference point in the category across France and beyond. The Liqueur de Figue is a fig liqueur crafted to the same exacting standard as the rest of the range.
Expect ripe, sun-dried fig on the nose, with a palate that balances sweetness against earthy, jammy depth, neither cloying nor thin. Serve over ice as a digestif, fold into a champagne cocktail, or use in the kitchen as a glaze for duck or foie gras.
