About this wine
Domaine Moreau-Naudet is a family domaine in Chablis, farming some of the appellation's most respected premier cru lieux-dits. Vaillons is one of Chablis' larger and better-regarded premier cru vineyards, its Kimmeridgian limestone soils producing wines of real mineral precision and depth.
Expect the classic Chablis profile here, green apple, white stone fruit, a saline, flinty edge, but with the extra concentration and textural grip that premier cru fruit delivers. Structured acidity makes it a natural partner for lobster, turbot, oysters or anything with beurre blanc on the menu.
