About this liqueur
Chartreuse Jaune Santa Tecla is a yellow Chartreuse expression produced by Chartreuse Diffusion in France. Yellow Chartreuse is made by the Carthusian monks of the Grande Chartreuse and macerated with around 130 alpine herbs, plants and flowers, bottled at 40% ABV with a milder, sweeter profile than its green counterpart.
Expect honey, saffron and gentle herbal warmth, softer and more approachable than the green, yet still complex. It works well over ice as a digestif, in a Chartreuse Sour, or alongside a cheese course where its floral sweetness finds real purpose.
