Buffalo Trace Distillery - O.F.C. - Old Fashioned Copper - Bourbon

Ingredients

• 60 ml 1993 Buffalo Trace O.F.C. Old Fashioned Copper Bourbon Whiskey
• 15 ml aged balsamic vinegar
• 10 ml maple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 45 ml hand-chipped ice
• 5 ml water

Method

1. Add the bourbon, aged balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Add hand-chipped ice and stir for 45 seconds until properly chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into a pre-chilled rocks glass filled with a large hand-carved ice cube.
4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the surface and place it as a garnish.
