Tre Soli Tre is a grappa of Nebbiolo grapes, born from an accurate and meticulous selection of the best grapes from the typical production areas. It is distilled with a discontinuous distillation system and in copper steam boilers, while it ages in different woods. It has a warm and welcoming amber color, with a broad and enveloping aroma of sensations of ripe fruit (blackcurrant, apricot, morello cherry), alternated with moments of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate you can feel the persuasive notes perceived by the sense of smell. It is recommended to taste it smooth at the end of a meal.

About this grappa
Paolo Berta's Tre Soli Tre Invecchiata represents a masterclass in Italian grappa craft. This spirit is distilled from Nebbiolo pomace, the prestigious grape varietal that defines the great wines of northern Italy's Piedmont region. The result is a refined grappa with character and depth, aged to develop complexity and smoothness, ideal for those seeking an authentic Italian digestif of distinction.
Grappa holds a unique place in Italian tradition, transforming the residual skins and seeds left after winemaking into a spirit of remarkable quality. Paolo Berta's approach honors this heritage while maintaining rigorous standards of production. At 43% ABV, this grappa delivers a balanced intensity suitable for contemplative sipping or pairing with fine dining experiences.
The versatility of this Nebbiolo grappa extends to the table: serve it neat as a sophisticated after-dinner drink, or pair it with blue cheese, aged hard cheeses, dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts. Its structure and warmth complement both indulgent dessert courses and quiet moments in refined settings, whether aboard a superyacht, in a mountain chalet, or at a villa's fireside.
