Eruption of Earth is a shaken cocktail made with Volcan de Mi Tierra - Blanco, served in a coupe.

- Thin dehydrated lime wheel placed flat on the foam surface, single crystallized sea salt flake positioned at the center, fresh lime twist expressed over the drink's surface and placed alongside the rim
Ingredients
- 60 ml Volcan de Mi Tierra Blanco Tequila
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml agave nectar
- 15 ml Chartreuse Verte
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
- Pinch sea salt
Method
- Add tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, Chartreuse Verte, bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice
- Perform a dry shake for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 12 seconds
- Double strain into the prepared glass
- Allow the foam to settle for 5 seconds before serving
Serve in a chilled coupe glass.
