Sloe Elegant

Ingrediënten

• 50 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
• 25 ml Dry Vermouth
• 10 ml Elderflower Liqueur
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
2. Add Hayman's Sloe Gin, dry vermouth, elderflower liqueur, and Angostura bitters
3. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Served in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink
