Ingredienti
- 50 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
- 25 ml Dry Vermouth
- 10 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Preparazione
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
- Add Hayman's Sloe Gin, dry vermouth, elderflower liqueur, and Angostura bitters
- Stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well-chilled
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Served in a chilled coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink
