Siete Misterios Sour

Ingrediënten

• 50ml Los Siete Misterios Barril Mezcal
• 25ml fresh lime juice
• 20ml simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Bereiding

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lime wheel placed on the rim of the glass
