Ingredienti
- 50ml Los Siete Misterios Barril Mezcal
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Preparazione
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lime wheel placed on the rim of the glass
