Elemental Eclipse

Ingrediënten

• 60ml Koch El Mezcal Elemental
• 30ml Amaro Nonino
• 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
• 10ml Agave nectar

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Koch El Mezcal Elemental, Amaro Nonino, lime juice, and agave nectar
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Serve in a chilled coupe glass with a lime wheel placed delicately on the rim and a small sprig of rosemary placed in the center of the drink
