Oaxacan Sunset

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Beneva Mezcal
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml agave syrup
• 30 ml blood orange juice
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Rim a rocks glass with smoked salt.
2. Fill a shaker with ice and add Beneva Mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup, blood orange juice, and orange bitters.
3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
