Rosa Amalfi Breeze

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Malfy Gin Gin Rosa
• 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
• 15 ml elderflower liqueur
• 10 ml simple syrup
• 60 ml tonic water

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Malfy Gin Gin Rosa, fresh grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
5. Top with tonic water and gently stir
6. Garnish with a grapefruit twist

Serve in a tall highball glass with a grapefruit twist garnish
