Rosa Amalfi Breeze is a shaken cocktail made with Malfy Gin - Gin Rosa, served in a highball.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Malfy Gin Gin Rosa
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15 ml elderflower liqueur
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 60 ml tonic water
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Malfy Gin Gin Rosa, fresh grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with tonic water and gently stir
- Garnish with a grapefruit twist
Serve in a tall highball glass with a grapefruit twist garnish
