Palma Sunset

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Palma Monastrell Limited Edition Gin
• 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
• 15 ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
• 10 ml fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Palma Monastrell Limited Edition Gin, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and lime juice
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters

Serve in a chilled coupe glass
