Elemental Eclipse is a shaken cocktail made with Koch - El Mezcal - Elemental, served in a coupe.

Ingredients
- 60ml Koch El Mezcal Elemental
- 30ml Amaro Nonino
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 10ml Agave nectar
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the Koch El Mezcal Elemental, Amaro Nonino, lime juice, and agave nectar
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Serve in a chilled coupe glass with a lime wheel placed delicately on the rim and a small sprig of rosemary placed in the center of the drink
