Ingrediënten
- 60ml Malfy Gin Con Arancia
- 20ml Aperol
- 30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10ml Simple syrup
Bereiding
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the Malfy Gin Con Arancia, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Coupe glass, garnish with a grapefruit twist, expressed over the surface of the drink to release the essential oils
