Zutaten
- 60 ml Papa Andres Private Collection Rum
- 20 ml Cognac XO
- 15 ml Amontillado Sherry
- 10 ml Crème de Cacao (dark)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Expressed orange peel oils
Zubereitung
- Place the sugar cube in a mixing glass and add both bitters.
- Gently muddle the sugar cube until partially dissolved.
- Add the Papa Andres Private Collection Rum, Cognac XO, Amontillado Sherry, and Crème de Cacao to the mixing glass.
- Fill the glass with large ice cubes and stir continuously for 45 seconds until properly chilled and diluted.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass.
- Express the oils from a fresh orange peel over the surface of the drink.
Servieren
Serve in a crystal rocks glass with one large, hand-cut ice sphere. Garnish with the expressed orange peel twisted and placed across the rim, then carefully laid on the ice surface. Present on a dark wooden coaster with a branded Papa Andres cocktail napkin beneath the glass.
