You will taste around 80 wines, go through wine making and viticulture, classification systems, wine regions and grape varieties and much more. Upon completion you will be able to assess wines accurately, and use your understanding to confidently explain wine style and quality.

No, you can start your wine journey straight away with Level 2.
The WSET Level II exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, which you'll have one hour to complete. The exam covers the key grape varieties and wine regions around the world, as well as wine production and service.
To pass the exam, you'll need to achieve a score of at least 55%. If you don't pass on your first attempt, you'll have the opportunity to retake the exam at a later date.
