Vincent Pinard - Grand Chemarin - Sancerre

Vincent Pinard's Grand Chemarin is a single-vineyard Sancerre from the Loire, made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grown on the Chemarin slope, one of the estate's more structured sites. It represents the serious end of Sancerre production, built for texture and ageing potential rather than simple freshness.

Expect a fuller, more mineral style than everyday Sancerre, with citrus and flint notes and real weight on the palate. Serve at 10-12°C with oysters, goat's cheese or grilled white fish, where its acidity and depth both have room to work.
