About this wine
Vincent Dancer is a small, highly regarded grower based in Chassagne-Montrachet, farming organically and working with minimal intervention in the cellar. This Bourgogne Chardonnay, declassified fruit from a producer whose vineyards sit in some of Burgundy's most coveted terroirs, represents serious winemaking at an accessible appellation level.
Expect the precision and restraint characteristic of Dancer's style: clean, mineral-driven Chardonnay with good tension, citrus and white stone fruit, and a dry, focused finish. Versatile on board with grilled fish, shellfish, or a well-composed cheese course.
