Deep ruby in color with violet hues, this Dingač displays an expressive nose of ripe dark cherries, dried figs, and wild herbs characteristic of the sun-drenched Pelješac peninsula. The palate is full-bodied and richly textured, offering layers of blackberry, plum, tobacco, and a subtle hint of Mediterranean garrigue. Well-integrated tannins provide structure alongside a warming finish with notes of dark chocolate and spice.

Key characteristics
About this wine
Saints Hills makes its Dingač from Plavac Mali grown on the near-vertical slopes above the Pelješac peninsula in Dalmatia, one of Croatia's most exacting appellations. Sun exposure here is intense and yields are low by necessity, giving grapes that ripen fully and finish with real concentration.
The result is a full-bodied, dark red with ripe black fruit, a savoury, mineral edge and firm tannins built for the table. Pour it with grilled beef or lamb, charcuterie boards or aged cheese, and let its structure carry through the meal. Serve at 16-18°C.
