Kozlovic - Teran

Teran is Istria's signature red, a grape grown across the terra rossa soils of Croatia's northern Adriatic coast. Kozlović makes theirs in this style, a wine built on the region's iron-rich red earth that gives Teran its deep colour and firm backbone.

Expect a dark-fruited, savoury red with brisk acidity and a rustic, food-friendly edge. Serve at 16-18°C alongside roast pork, mushroom dishes or a charcuterie board - the kind of wine that cuts through fat and salt with ease, at home on deck with hearty, rustic fare.
