The nose opens with floral notes, honeysuckle, star anise, a hint of chamomile. The citrus notes are also not left out, especially in its youth. We find notes of mandarin and pink grapefruit. The palate is sharp from the attack, the material is greedy and rich but always with a backbone based on acidity. The mineral notes are revealed little by little and bring a beautiful harmony to the whole . The finish reveals a saline touch which brings a beautiful length in the mouth.

Perfumed and charming, the 2020 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons bursts with aromas of orange blossom, crisp apricot, pear and freshly baked bread. Medium-bodied, satiny and vibrant, with bright acids and a saline finish, it's one of the more demonstrative wines in the range.
