Ingredients

  • 60 ml Highland Park - Viking Scars - 10 yrs
  • 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the Highland Park - Viking Scars - 10 yrs, Sweet Vermouth, Elderflower Liqueur, and Angostura Bitters.
  3. Stir gently until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve
