The Cristal Mojito Royale
Ingredients
- 60 ml Don Q Cristal Rum
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 90 ml club soda
- 15 ml aged balsamic vinegar reduction
Method
- Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release oils without crushing the leaves.
- Add Don Q Cristal Rum, fresh lime juice, and Angostura bitters to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Drizzle the balsamic reduction in a thin stream across the surface.
