Conte Brandolini d'Adda produces this Pinot Grigio Ramato in northeastern Italy, where the grape's copper-skinned berries have been vinified with skin contact for generations. Ramato is the traditional Friulian method, not a trend, and the result is a wine with real structure and personality.
