Billecart-Salmon - Cuvee Nicolas-Francois

Tasting notes
A wonderful combination of rich, complex and refreshing aromas all at the same time. Intense notes of orchard fruit, stone fruits (plum, cherry) and underlined by the radiance of floral persistence (hawthorn). Whereas the palette is more mature, with flavours of figs, pastries and small wild berries. This vintage is tense and mineral but has the ability for long term ageing.
