Ingrediënten
- 45 ml The Dalmore 40 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 15 ml Cognac (VS)
- 10 ml Crème de cacao (dark)
- 5 ml Honing siroop
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Bereiding
- Voeg alle ingrediënten toe aan een mengglas gevuld met grote ijsblokjes.
- Roer continu gedurende 45 seconden totdat het mengsel goed is gekoeld en verdund.
- Zeef in het voorbereide glas met behulp van een fijne zeef.
- Pers de oliën uit een sinaasappelschil over het oppervlak.
Serveren
Coupeglas, enkele grote ijsbol, sinaasappeladruk op de rand geplaatst en in het glas hangend, geserveerd met een klein kaartje dat het 40-jarige rijpingsproces beschrijft.
