Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
• 20 ml elderflower liqueur
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• 3 cucumber slices
• fresh mint leaves

Bereiding

1. Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker
2. Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves

Serve in a coupe glass, garnished with a sprig of mint and a thin cucumber ribbon
