Sapphire Serenade

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Bombay Sapphire
• 20 ml elderflower liqueur
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Bombay Sapphire, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve in a coupe glass with a lemon twist resting on the rim.
